Keeping it Responsive

The Hope Channel Website has been responsively designed. This means that it should respond and render the proper layout, whether a user visits the website with a smartphone or using a large monitor. The various content elements in theTYPO3 backend have been configured to be responsive.

The exception to this is the Plain HTML content element type. The editors must take care and ensure that when they use the HTML content element, that the element is responsively configured. To that end Bootstrap (version 3) has installed for use on the website.

When placing HTML code on the page, wrapping the HTML code with the following tags should keep the contained code responsive.

    <div class="embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9">
        <Your code here goes here....>
    </div>
